Who's Responsible?

The issue of who is responsible for repairs, maintenance or replacement of different aspects of strata property may be, at best, a little confusing right  through to open hostilities and threats of visiting NCAT.  There are many subtleties and permeations to be considered.  For example, the date of registration of the strata plan may mean that in one complex, the owners corporation is responsible whilst, in the neighbouring scheme, an individual owner is responsible for what appears to be an identical situation.
