Platinum Strata Management offers a range of educational modules to assist potential owners, owners, owners corporations and strata committees to understand the basics of owning and living in a strata scheme
Modules currently available include:

• General over view of all meetings within a strata scheme
• Requirements of and participation in a First Annual General Meeting
• Requirements of and participation in a Annual General Meeting
• Requirements of and participation in a Extraordinary General Meeting
• Strata Committee operations and procedures
• Overview of the SSMA 2015 and the SSMR 2016
• Bylaw Consolidation Process

Modules run from one to two hours and are available for all strata plans.
