Platinum Strata Management provides an after hours emergency service. Simply phone 0488 210 940 and supply the following details:

Strata Plan number; strata plan address; your name and return phone number; brief outline of nature of the emergency. Please do not send after hours emails as these are not monitored outside standard office hours.

Also ensure that there is a genuine need to address a common property emergency issue as additional charges apply for non emergency issues.
